  • FAQ

    WHERE DO I GO?

Please take seat in the Hub’s café area and I will collect you from there.

    HOW LONG DO I NEED?

I generally book an hour for the initial treatment to register you, take a brief medical history, devise a suitable treatment plan and start the treatment.

I can then discuss duration of the follow up sessions based on your treatment plan.

    WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Please wear whatever you are comfortable to be treated in and bear in mind that depending on the area being treated you may be required to remove some clothing.

Upper body –( shoulders,neck,back)-  Females please wear a bra/strappy top that you are comfortable in for treatment.

Lower body – (legs, hips, knees) – wear underwear or shorts that you are comfortable in for treatment.

Every effort is made to make you feel comfortable during treatment and towels will be used to cover areas not being  treated.

    WHAT MASSAGE OILS/CREAMS ARE USED?

The oil/cream used is of a professional quality and has no scent. It allows the skin to breath and has no record of any dermatological problems.

It is easy to rinse off in the shower and will not stain clothing.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE A MASSAGE?

Single treatments can be effective, however, there are many benefits to having regular sessions, these can include general maintenance of the body and help to prevent injuries or problems before they occur.

Each individual has their own requirements and budget, I can discuss what suits you.

    HOW LONG DO TREATMENTS LAST?
